That was pretty much my point.

It's a hypothetical, anyone can pretty much come up with their own scenario's.

I understand what you are saying, and FWIW I think the enjoyment in this scenario would come from selecting from 32 teams.

But as a hypothetical question, there is no need to limit everyone to the same restrictions.

You're right, but it's hard to discuss/debate ones choices for the SB without knowing their restrictions/rules. I myself just made a list for all 32 teams and didn't really think about conferences. And the person I quoted before made a list with strictly one team from each conference. It just makes for an odd discussion when everyone is using different rules/restrictions.

There's still the conference championship games in college so I was keeping them for hypothetical NFL purposes. Though I did say for this year it'd be the monday night winner against the Colts. Alright then loser gets the Vikings in the EA Sports bowl and then there'll be complaints that there should be a playoff.
