Worst GM of all time

McFadden is a great back, he just doesn't have the help do really show it off.

Gallery is not what he was supposed to be, but every team would have drafted him and if not everyone thought it was a great pick. Now Gallery has improved and he is decent, not a pro-bowler, but a legit starter.

Huff was great his fist couple years but then fell off the map. He is starting to come back to that promise he showed early in his career.

I don't know how CJ passed the Raiders with Davis' love for speed. Lienart is far from a "notable" player. Plenty of teams passed on AP because of injury problems, don't blame Davis. And Roy Williams? Really? He's bad.

Walker was overpaid with that contract, but nobody knew he would put out numbers the way he was.

I am by no means a Raiders fan, but this logic just seem flawed to me. My vote is Millen.

He took a failing team and ran them completely into the ground, all the way to a 0-16 season. Matt Millen is by far the worst GM ever!

Actually he took a team that finished 9-7 and was knocked out of the playoffs on the final play of the season and ran them completely into the ground.

As of recent like in the past decade, its a tie between Millen and Daivs, I mean Davis just sucks at picking good picks etc. But Millen did something Davis didn't, 0-16, although at this rate for Oakland thats likely.
