I would take randy moss because t.o. has always had problems catching the ball and its not like its triple coverage he drops WIDE OPEN CATCHES .this year he had several and moss can catch better which puts him way ahead of owens

And now that I think about it, my guess is TO probably got his work ethic learning behind Rice in SF.
Well there was an article about 8 or 10 years ago when Rice took Bonds and T.O. to go work out with him and they couldn't hang! So I am going off that.

Well actually you did kinda of compare Rice and T.O. work outs. When you said that Rice was the better WR, but no body out worked T.O. I am saying Rice's workouts were more brutal, but T.O. build more mass. T.O. is massive, but David Boston probably work out a lot too.

Re: In Their Prime who is better : Randy Moss vs Terrel Owens

It's funny seeing all the "Moss with the (Minnesota) caveat" yet T.O. did it with San Francisco, Philadelphia, and Dallas. I know that says something about his ability to co-exist with other players, but it also says something about his ability to play the game no matter who the QB or the system he's in. It also says the same thing about Moss.

Anyway, my answer would be a bit of a cop-out:

If it was one game I'd take Moss. The guy had the ability to dominate a game but you never knew when you were going to get it. He relied to much on raw ability and not on some of the finer points of being a WR that would make him routinely unstoppable.

If it was over the course of an entire season I think I'd go with Owens. You can use him as a blocker in the running game and if you needed a 3rd and 6 over the middle against a Baltimore type defense, he'd have no issue going over the middle for it.
