Shaun Suisham made 18-21 field goals for the Redskins this year. He only missed 3 field goals... but he was still fired because 2 of those missed field goals came against the hated Cowboys.

Now the Cowboys have signed Suisham to replace Nick Folk. And Suisham's first game will be... against the Redskins next week.

I love the irony. Hopefully, that game will go down the wire with a last second field goal attempt...

He lost his job because he missed 3 clutch FGs that would have won 2 different games. Not only because the 2 missed against the Boys.

If the Redskins take the Cowboys to a game winning FG, then the Cowboys have something wrong.

Dallas cut a guy who had missed a league leading 10 fgs this season, and replaced him with a guy who had missed three.

It's far from ideal I'll admit, but Dallas had to do something.
