Not trying to argue or troll, but I don't think it's fair to judge a QB by his receivers. Using this logic we could say that Tom Brady sucks (Even though he does).

Also, look at Flacco. He faced D2 or D-II or FCS or however you say it, but those defenses are inferior to the Bowl Subdivision.

I think Clausen will go Top 5, probably #1.
My top 3 Reasons:
1. Experience - Has 3 Years in the West Coast
2. YPA - It's over 9 yards in a West Coast Offense
3. TD to Int ratio - I think it's 25-9, but I'm not sure

Well even in a 3-4 you can look at Richard Seymour, who made the transition relatively seamlessly. I think Ryan was worth a first-round pick, and Dorsey wasn't. In any case, Suh has shown an ability to get to the passer that's not normally seen from the DT position. That's extremely valuable in today's game; I think he's probably the real deal in a way that Dorsey hasn't been.

I'd pass on him all-together and get Armanti Edwards in the 4th-7th rounds. Better player, IMHO.

Gallery has been quite decent when he's played. The problem is the "when he's played" part. It hasn't been much.

Tom Brady has 3 superbowl rings with average WR's. So how would he suck under that logic? And there is far more parity in the NFL than in FBS football.

Yes but he played with the same inferior talent that he played against so it evens itself out.

He was hardly ever pressured all season due to the veteran O-Line. He had two 1st round WR's to throw the ball to. His TE is probably a 1st rounder. Sam Young is a 1st or 2nd round Tackle. Lighting up defenses the likes of Navy, Nevada, Purdue or Washington doesnt impress me when you factor how much better they were on that side of the ball.

Clausen is a glorified Ken Dorsey and Dorsey was a better leader.
