Re: John Fox to stay with Carolina?

I don't like Fox. I want him gone. I can't deny he's a good coach. But he has serious flaws that I believe prevents the Panthers from being better. He is inflexible.

Good team manager. Terrible game manager.

Good eye for talent. Terrible decision making for personel.

Good at preperation during the week. Terrible at adjusting during half time.

He's got a "stay the course" philosophy. Its good to have principles & players that you know have served you well in the past. But you can't be so rigid in your decisons, that you're willing to sacrifice the ship in order to prove your previous plans were right. That's his problem in a nutshell.

I just say get a new offensive coordinator that will keep the zone-blocking run scheme. I'm sick and tired of seeing DWill or Stewart bust a 10-12 yard gain then he call 3 straight pass plays for an inevitable punt.
