Chris Johnson closing in on Marshall's record

Chris Johnson closing in on Marshall's record

The game's best RB, Chris Johnson, needs a meager 75-yards to break the great Marshall Faulk's Total Yards from Scrimmage season total of 2429 yards.

I look forward to him breaking the record and setting the new benchmark. It's been a pleasure, absolute pleasure, to tune in and see this guy in action each and every Sunday. Hats off to him.

"MVP! MVP! MVP! MVP!"

A great accomplishment, if he gets it done. He's had a phenomenal year.

That said, I don't know how many times we need to discuss this, but Chris Johnson is not and will not be the MVP.

Yep. It'll be a great accomplishment, but he won't be the MVP... and let's see if he can do this for as long as Marshall did it.

Seems you want to discuss it, you brought it up champ. I brought up the record that he is about to break. If you want to bite at the close to my post, be my guest.

You're the one that called him the MVP, four times actually. lol. I really don't care to discuss it honestly. It's been discussed over and over again for the past week. You called him the MVP, I commented on it. Nothing more nothing less. So if YOU want to bite at the close to my post, be my guest.

Re: Chris Johnson closing in on Marshall's record

No, I merely added "MVP! MVP! MVP! MVP!" as that's a chant routinely made in pro-sports these days for guys contending for such an award (where did I put my forth my CJ for MVP nomination in this post?). CJ, whether you acknowledge it or not, is a MVP calibre player. End of story.

It's arrogant Indianapolis fans like your good self that want to see the Colts fail routinely each season. They were too soft to go for the perfect season, they won't have the balls to finish it off.

Enough with hijacking the thread, leave it for it's intended purpose.

He's in the discussion, but there's a good 3-4 players that are ahead of him.

Geez man. You really took that post to heart, eh? I don't know how I came across as arrogant. I wasn't being arrogant, nor am I ever arrogant. I apologize for coming across as such, and for offending you in any way if I did.
