What's really funny is that I actually posted in the game thread after it was over. I was at that game and couldn't post while it was happening.

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)

Re: NFC Championship Game: Minnesota Vikings @ New Orleans Saints

I'm rooting for a Colts/Saints SB but I think it'll be NYJ/Saints.

The storyline of a Colts/Saints SB would be really great stuff. I wonder if that ends up being the case if Archie Manning will do the coin toss LOL

Anyways I really think the first 5 minutes is critical. The Dome is going to be just NUTS and if the Saints can ride that momentum of the fans then it's going to be like a tidal wave over Minny just like how they themselves killed Dallas yesterday.

If last game for the Saints was the "Catholic bowl".

This week is the "Star Caps" Bowl.

Saints 31 - 28

Reggie B to tear up the Vikings special teams once again.

Vikings win by a touchdown..

We're better at every position except saftey (and QB arguably). AP can run allllll over their front 7 and thats not even talking about Favre's magic with Rice or Percy running all over the field stretching their D. Our defense stomped the 'boys only allowing a field goal and their "red hot defense" allowed 30+ to our vanilla offense. We got to Romo alll game without even blizing much and dominated the trenches

Re: NFC Championship Game: Minnesota Vikings @ New Orleans Saints

Did Bush show up or what. I swear Kim must of gave him a "Happy Beginning" because boy came out running like we have not seen him do before. Laying the shoulder.....whatttttt!!!!!

Now about the Vikes Saints. I truly feel the Saints should win this game. Not because I am a Louisiana boy but because I truly feel Brees is the most underrated QB in the game today. I think if the Vikings send their front 4 with Allen and company the Saints are going to run the ball on them. If they send the heat often, expect Brees to pick them apart.

Also if you noticed they had Bush all over the field this last game. He was lining up in the slot, out wide, in the backfield, motioning out the back field, etc. Just all over the place, you can't match up with that speed, cutting ability, and his hands.

Look for Bush to have another good game. Then Brees finishing them through the air.

Vikings - 21
Saints - 35

Re: NFC Championship Game: Minnesota Vikings @ New Orleans Saints

This game is simple: IF, and that's a big if, New Orleans blocks the Vikings rush, they win. If the Vikings get pressure all day and Brees is being harrassed, the Vikings win.

It all comes down to the trenches.
