LT Released By Chargers

About half of San Diego is saying good-riddance, which pisses me off but they're most likely bandwagon fans who have no knowledge about the lean years, or even LT's early career.

Good luck to him wherever he ends up. I'm pretty sure there is a team out there that can use him more effectively with a better scheme, even if he's declining.

Agreed it looks like they are going after Spiller according to the NFL"insiders"...If I am the Chargers I am going after Larry Johnson..Big back (which they need)Can move the sticks..and probably can be signed to the minimum with a host of clauses and incentives..

Not a surprise I knew It was a high probability this would happen. It's a business but, I'm sad to see 21 leave SD and I think he will be on another team...I don't think he retires this year. Its going to be extremely weird not seeing him in the backfield next season. As for Spiller highly doubtful chargers get him unless they make some moves in the draft for him or he falls which I also doubt but, it does happen.

I'm not sure If Sproles will be here next season either but, I think he will be. I don't believe he can be the main guy, just a change of pace/situational back. LT had his time and now his time looks to be up, he had a HOF career and I've enjoyed watching him and getting me interested in even watching football.

Wish him the best of luck where ever he does next. You will be missed.
