Re: NFL Scouting Combine 2010

I'm disappointed that Tebow cut the workout beard. He just looked more human with it.

But I do find it funny that they have Tebow trying to teach footwork.

I agree that he's not the right football pick for the Jags; I'm thinking like many others that he'll end up there because of economics more than anything else.

If the Jags stay true to their draft philosohpy he only ends up there because he sits at the top of their draft board and I don't think happens in round 1.

Re: NFL Scouting Combine 2010

The Jags would get what, a small boost in attendance if they draft Tebow for economics? But once they lose that will go right back down. I guess the good news for Jax fans if they did take him is that it would mean they won't be jumping to LA.

This is what I'm saying: he won't boost attendance from the bench.

Akili Smith scored a 9. Vince Young a 7.

A few players have scored really high. Derrick Brooks scored like 48 (he was an acedemic all-american).

Former FSU DE Reinard Wilson reportedly scored a 3 back in 1997.
