Still doesn't mean he's a great leader. Look around the league. There's not that many great QB's anymore. I still wouldn't call him a great leader, for the reasons already mentioned. Agree to disagree.

I think you're arguing with yourself. I don't think anyone said he's the best leader in the league. My objection was to making it seem as if calling him a leader at all is laughable. He's most definitely a leader, and by your words, in the top 25% in terms of QB leaders in the league. If you simply stated that you didn't think he was better than the guys you listed, there wouldn't be much argument. And the "crybaby and whiner" claims are way overblown... as well as saying he's done nothing, as BK already touched on.
