Why Wade Phillips should be fired from Dallas

I like Wade Phillips. With him and Jason Garrett I think they make a good team. We won a playoff game this last year when a lot of people didnt have us even making the playoffs. I think this will be a big year for him. We have a tough schedule so we'll see what happens. Wade also works well with Jerry Jones. To be a head coach with Jerry Jones you have to have a certain type of personality. Also Arlington covered a lot of the cost for the stadium.

Contrary to wht many may think...Jeryy doesn't exactly have his pick of the best available head coaching candidates. The most successful ones are Type A personalities that don't like dealing with meddlesome owners.
