Yeah, I would be shocked if Vick becomes a Panther. But, I can see the Panthers drafting Tebow and grooming him for a couple of seasons. Like you said Richardson is partial to quality character players.

Honestly, from what I saw last year Moore was pretty damn good on the field.

That's all true; but at the same time, he is still a polarizing figure, and combine that fact with an owner who has been burned several times with players with character issues, then that's the reason I would be surprised to see him signed.

I wouldn't be mad at Vick being signed, though.

I would love to see Vick as the Panthers QB. And for those still talking about them dogs, he served his time and did more than people who have killed PEOPLE while driving drunk.

I would at least give him a chance while they groom another QB. We all know he is a uniquely dangerous QB.
