We've already seen how the Vikings dealt with Peppers last season against the Panthers..and now they lost Chester Taylor. Definitely gotta sign a RB now atleast..

Why?

A top 5 team in the NFL losing a back up running back who will be 31 next season isn't that big of a deal.

The Vikings will draft a backup back in the third or fourth round and be fine.

I think that Jake Delhomme would be a good signing just to move on from Favre because I think he's gonna hurt us by not making a decision until training camp.

I agree on the Favre sentiment but Delhomme would hurt you more.

I'd give Jeff Garcia a call before I'd give Delhomme a call. Jake is gonna have to hold a clipboard for a while and earn a starting spot back in all likelihood.

lol did you watch Carolina play last year?

I'd let Favre drag his feet as long as he wants and settle on turning things back over to Jackson if Favre opts to retire before bringing Delhomme aboard.
