Seattle ditched Seneca for one reason only. To develop a new, young QB for the future. They're bringing in Tebow so who knows where that is going, but we all know by the end of day two there will be a new QB in Seattle.

As said above by others, he was a solid and versatile back up QB. He has great agility, but he's also going to be 30 this August.

And this is why I don't like it. I'm not really sold on any of the QBs in this years draft...

Just have a bad feeling about the Hawks and where they are headed. I was down by Qwest Field the other day and they have a huge picture of Pete Carroll by the entrance with a quote that says something like, "We're going to play like heck" or some such college rah rah foolishness.

Well, he's started 12 games for a team that isn't very good. Spotty running game, and never had any top flight receivers. He was never expected to be a QB in the NFL, but he stuck with it and proved to coaches that he could at least compete.

If you broke his career down to 1 season, he'd still have a losing record but statistically it would be a solid year. He had a good 2008 statistically (11 TD', 3 INT's), although he had a 3-5 record, but from what I could tell that was more of a total team issue than him being a liability.

I think he's ready to be a starter. The real problem is who he'll likely be starting for...

Wallace doesn't seem to be the type of guy i'd want to give the reigns to the franchise to. I mean he's a solid backup but that's all he is. I sure do hope the Browns draft a QB so that they have something coming down the pipe or else it's gonna be more heartache over there.
