Holy cow,..50 years was the last time that the Eagles won a Championship. Damn, they are worse than the Jets. Holy Crap....

Actually his Bills pick was pretty sound. You have to remember in '88 the Bills were a premier team that went 12-4. They had a great offense and their defense was actually probably better then the defense for the SB teams. I mean this was a team that went all the way to the AFC Championship but they regressed in '89 and dropped to a 9-7 record.

The Bears pick is a little more befuddling as it seems Dr. Z didn't take take age into account and the fact that Mike Tomczak is just not a SB calibre QB. In all honesty '88 was the last real great year under Ditka by '89 the team was showing tell tale signs of age so while they were 12-4 in '88 they dropped badly to 6-10.
