Jamarcus Russell Released
Via NFLN Russell got released today. I really don't see him getting another chance anywhere else. What do you guys think? He made 39 mil from the Raiders. He's definitely on the Ryan leaf level of bust

I bet any money he gets another chance. Even Ryan Leaf got another shot. Some coaches are so arrogant they believe they can groom the most talented arm in NFL history. I for one wish Russel the best being and ex-LSU Tiger. Hopefully this is what he needs to focus and salvage his career.

He'll get another shot with someone. Not suprised by this move. We all knew it was coming, just a timing issue with Mr. Davis, things have to be on his terms.

Yeah another team will give him a shot. Hopefully this serves as a wake up call to him because the guy does have talent but he's wasted it all away.

Only way he become successful is if he's surrounded by superb coaching. He was raw coming out of college and still raw today.
