Unless the club gave him too much cold medicine and cannot explain why, there are very VERY few things on the list that can be purchased over the counter.....(and a couple of those are hormonal supps)

There are only 10 subtances on that list that are NOT steroids or masking agents and three of those are technically in cold medicine.

People, including some Charger "fans", keep forgetting about that play where Merriman got injured from back in 2007. He had more sacks in 2007 compared to his rookie season in the same amount games and was more productive post-2006 suspension (and the test was from before the season). He hasn't done "jack squat" since because he only played one game in 2008 then was out for the year because of surgery for the fore-mentioned injury (which in hindsight he should've dealt with in the offseason) and was not 100% last season.
