My problem with Jamarcus is that he was the starter and still not willing to work. Usually for a young player to start, they get all excited and want to do the best and learn to be great. It's harder for a non-starter to keep working hard because they're not seeing the benefit, like getting on the field. With that the question of his desire comes up weather he wants to be a football player because he loves the game, or he just wants money

I think his actions have answered the question already. He just wants money.
