I understand that, but the point is that last year they absolutely had no chemistry and no one is going to believe such a ridiculous statement until he gets out on the field and proves it.

Personally, I don't see it happening, though I'm biased because I've obviously soured on Roy. IMO he's not starting by Week 8, if not sooner.

Lions' offensive coordinator in 2006 and 2007: Mike Martz.

Lions/Cowboys offensive coordinators in 2008 and 2009: ...Not Mike Martz.

He says he is the man. He has never been the man lol. He thinks alot of himself don't he. He has never been all that good. Even for #1 overall. He is decent but not good.

I think the chemistry was done in the KC game. Romo hung Roy on a seam route and he was laid out and was injured on the play. I am willing to give Roy another opportunity.

The only smell emanating around here is blatant homerism.

no, but why is so many people down on Roy. How many balls did people expect him to get when Miles develop into the number 1 option and you have Witten?

Williams had 86 targets and 38 catches, resulting in a 44% completion rate. Only Deon Anderson had less than Roy, catching only 1 ball out of 3 targets, for a 33% completion rate. Roy Williams was targeted 27 times on 3rd down and caught only 9 of those passes (33%). 7 players did better than Roy in that aspect, including our 1st, 3rd, 4th, and 5th receiver. I'm down on Roy because he has done very little as a Cowboy. Hopefully that changes this year...otherwise I would like to see Ogletree get some more time.
