I think most collectors would want one guy or one team on a specific item. Like Manning signing his jersey or a team signed ball.

What's annoying is when all the practice squad guys sign a ball, or a bunch of second string guys.

That is true. It is hard to get the Super Stars players to come and sign stuff during training camp. Mainly because they know most people will just sell the stuff online for money. So that's why most stars don't sign during training camp to avoid people like that. That hurts for true fans who just want the autographs for their collection only.

Collectors would be willing to pay more if it was authenticated by a grading/authentication company such as PSA. But, that's likely to cost you (I'm not certain how much).

Idk i've never really been one to sell anything that's been signed. Few months ago had Pierre Thomas sign a jersey that I now framed and Randy Moss sign a ball that I have tucked away in my closet.

My guess is a few hundred dollars. It would be thousands if it was graded/framed/numbered as a limited edition.
