You're right, they did do very well in the playoffs. I'm not trying to take that away from them. Just making the point that all the talk about them being some near-certain lock for the Super Bowl was way out there.

What passes? He was pretty much blasted for his performance last week. No chemistry with WR's, timing was off, looks old this year, rusty, too many passes, not enough carries for A.D., etc, etc.

My point wasnt weither or not Favre is getting a pass. It's what does T.O. statement 5 years ago have to do with his statement now?
