Wade Phillips stated during his press conf today that he was told by the league office that the penalty on that play was not due to Austin's leapfrog routine. Rather, it was Sam Hurd's standing alongside RW and mimicking his "Hook 'em Horns" gesture that drew the flag.

That was the reason for the flag? Man the refs shoulda just went with the leapfrog explanation.

Yo, I just busted out laughing. Once a team has a rep for penalties then the flags start falling all over the place.
