James Harrison is a moron....

http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/story/P...players-101810

Quote:
''I don't want to injure anybody,'' Harrison said following Pittsburgh's 28-10 victory. ''There's a big difference between being hurt and being injured. You get hurt, you shake it off and come back the next series or the next game. I try to hurt people.''
Even though he says what most NFL players think and do, you gotta be smarter than just outright saying it. Awful comment

Re: James Harrison is a moron....

I thought he was a moron after witnessing an incident involving him first hand down the South Side, though that was during the year we lost to Jax in the playoffs, he wasn't even a starter by then. His quotes aren't quite as moronic in comparison. I'm surprised we even let him talk, you don't really see too many interviews from him, I think reporters are afraid to go near him.

I don't know how Dick LeBeau civilized this one.

Two off seasons ago when he beat the **** out of his girlfriend, I thought of possible trade scenarios for him. But in reality, he's one of the most ridiculous pass rushers in the league. And he's in his prime. It's good to have him on our defense.

Wow... Steeler fans have known he's an idiot for a while now, but this might take the cake. They need to put a muzzle on this guy.

What did he say wrong? It's football if you make an hard tackle then you are going to put some "hurt" on someone but if you go for the head and knees you are trying to injure your opponent.

They don't call him Debo in the locker room for nothing.

I don't see anything wrong with this quote. You never want to injure anyone seriously, but you definitely want them to feel the pain and fear going over the middle.

I don't care what he says or how it sounds. I love having him on my football team intimidating the hell out of everybody that has to suit up against him. "Are you hurt or are you injured?".....that's been a part of the football lexicon for decades upon decades.
