He's not in a good place right now. When you hear about young QBs not being able to get through the hard times and starting to lose the passion and love for the game, you have to wonder if this is how it starts to manifest.
The fact is though he was overrated and the trade was almost always going to be heavily slanted towards the Broncos. He wasn't a developed QB and was mostly hyped because of some nice stats, mostly fueled by very productive and ultimately meaningless Septembers. Teams and fans seem so easily suckered into the big arm stat guys.
