This I did not know surprisingly.

Isn't that the reason they play the game? Murphy's law, anything that can happen, will happen.

The Packers don't have a lot of their starters from week 1 because of the injury bug, but it's the no excuse league when it's time to play ball.

On paper, the Jets should win at home with a bye week and heeled from injuries. I just hope the Packers make it a close game.

Sanchez has been doing a great job of protecting the ball, and LT does not fumble. Sanchez did throw a couple of picks, and a couple more near picks in the last game against Denver though, so we'll see if it continues.

Re: Week 8: Packers @ Jets

I do expect the Jets to win coming off a bye, being at home, and the Packers not able to solve some issues that have aroused from the injury bug. I just hope it's a good game and can go either way til the end to make it interesting.

Cheers, to hopefully these teams having a good game against each other.

No.

Maybe it was because a majority of Packers fans posting but I was reading as if the Jets somehow was a middle of the pack, mediocre team.

Especially seeing how they're coming off a bye.

I haven't seen a healthy Revis this year. Supposedly he is. Cromartie's been playing off the charts. Rodgers is banged up and they have injuries all over the place.

I'm nowhere saying it's already in the books.

I'm just saying they're talking with no concern...and maybe based on last year is all.

EDIT: To be fair...I re-read the thread and my comments really were based on the guy who has it Packers 30 Jets 17.
That's where my "WOW" came from...

Re: Week 8: Packers @ Jets

Yea I figured that was the case because most us were and are hoping that we can at least keep it close and definitely weren't talking as if we got this in the bag or anything.

I know Rodgers isn't banged up as the Concussion isn't an issue anymore. Most of our injuries are on the Defensive side of the ball but so far they haven't been god awful despite missing 4 starters and their replacements as well, for the season. My main concern is down in the trenches since the Jets could basically dominate down there and just pound the ball down our throats at will since we have almost no depth on the D-Line.

Going to the the Nets/Heat game so i'm gonna miss this game on Sunday, I was looking forward to it. Ah well I'll just avoid scores and watch it on DVR.

Can't wait to see a 100% Revis, it's been awhile.
