Washington have given up more passing yards than any other team this season, with a total of 2,045. So far they are the only team that have given up over 2,00 passing yards. The Redskins defense has allowed an average of 292 passing yards per game, 2nd to Houston's horrible 306.2 per game. Their defense has also allowed 43.3 Passing Attempts per Game.

Now I really fancy our chances. I'm also quite proud of myself for finding out those stats myself.
While you at it, look up the Redskins takeaways.

If you mean Mr. Hall I don't think I want too.

pietasterp, you have to remember that Shaun Hill has way more experience than Stafford, to be honest the 49er's would have a winning record if they kept him.

They have eight takeaways this seasons and held Eagles, Packers, and Cowboys to one touchdown.

The Redskins defense is a lot better than what people give them credit for. Those yards don't mean much when you cause turnovers.

Should be a good game, the Lions have had 2 weeks to prepare, don't ever underestimate that. We get Stafford back which should be exciting in the least. Plus the Lions are at home, where they can occasionally win games.

They have 17 takeaways, in only 7 games. Last year, the Redskins had 17 takeaways in 16 games.

Now, look up the number of points they've given up.

I put 8 by mistake. It's 17 and I made my point, loud and clear.

I would never root for another team though; I just stick with the Lions and curse them weekly. It's been a ritual for many years now; I almost don't know what I'd do if they started winning consistently.

RJ - good point. I bet ya SF wouldn't mind having Hill back right about now?
