However, she's vastly outnumbered, much like baseball fans are.

In all seriousness, I'm a big O's fan. If by some stroke of God that make the WS, I don't think there's much that would make me miss a part of any of their games... but my kids probably would. With that said, if the SB were on Halloween and the Ravens are in it, I'm paying the baby sitter to go knocking on doors.
Just because I live in Sacramento doesn't mean I'm a Giants' fan. Fact of the matter is, I can't stand the Giants.

Plus you may want to look into a DVR.

Hm....I didn't watch a minute of SNF.

Oh well.

Tonight I'll be watching Colts/Texans, but only because its the Texans. I'll be watching baseball through, uh, other means.

I only watched about five minutes of the WS. For as much as I wanted the Giants and Rangers in the WS, I've had absolutely no interest in it.

I thought the games would be better honestly. It's a very compelling series for me but at the same time, it's different when there isn't a team in there that I hate.

Whatever, not the forum for that lol

Yeah but this is the first time a regular season game beat a World Series game. In the past networks would just skip and have an off week in order not to compete w/ the WS, but they didn't this year and we see why.

Tape a WS game or the SB!?! I almost blocked you for that comment.

This is pure speculation but I find that hard to believe (if you have actual knowledge, my apologies for doubting you). The football season has always started before the end of the baseball season. If there has ever been a WS game on a Monday night, I find it very hard to believe the NFL just passed on MNF for that week. I actually wouldn't be surprised if MLB made sure they didn't have games played on Monday to not compete with MNF.

If baseball only played 16 games a year, they'd have better ratings.

If they played 1 world series game, they'd have better ratings.
