I still remember him trying to rally the troops against the Jags and failing because he was puking while under center. The guy is just not built body wise to run full steam without a break.

Why did you trade for him if you have zero faith in him with the game on the line? That's the part that makes no sense. Donovan has struggled in the clutch his whole career, yes. But Rex Grossman? I'd take my chances with Donovan any day of the week over that.

Why trade for McNabb? Remember TO said the same thing and people killed him for saying McNabb wasn't in shape. Freddie Mitchell said McNabb would choke up and he would have to call the plays for the team. People killed Freddie also. McNabb could do a better job and lose some weight but this was all public knowledge.

The skins didn't have a great offensive line and don't have true no. 1 wr. What did Shanny expect? Parcells use to say the media is not your friend. Shanny didn't need to give multiple explanations to the media nad the 2nd explanation made McNabb look like a old, fat, has been football player.

Shanny has mismanaged his qb position since Elway retired. He seem like he is well on his way of jacking up the redskin qbs.
