Yes you can throw McGee out there. What is the point of Kitna playing, at least see what McGee can do. Its' not like the O-line is letting Kitna get hit every play, it's a completely different situation than Houston. What's the point of keeping him on the bench when Romo will be back and take every single snap again? A backup QB is important, letting the kid mature with real NFL experience is invaluable.

Finally it's the coaching...not the GM. Jerry has nothing to do with the lack of discipline, or the fact the team is quitting. His country club atmosphere is a joke, and can't be run when you don't have real leaders that will drop the boom on other players. Jerry needs to put the right people in the right positions then go hide for a while.
