Paul who? Was he like a D-line coach or a new guy? I don't know the depth of that coaching staff.

This is Garrett's last stand to be honest. He'll need to put together a few wins or he's as good as gone. He's probably gone either way. The more surprising thing is that last night I heard John Clayton saying that John Fox may be the new head coach next year.

Bottom tier? Wade has been coaching since 1969, one of the more veteran coaches in the league. It doesn't all come down to Phillips anyway, its mostly Jones. If anything your poring more petrol on a big enough fire.
