You're missing the point. The Texans pass defense isn't just bad, it's historically bad.

Thru 9 games Texans opponents have completed 229 of 334 passes (68.6%) for 2824 yards (313.8/gm), 22 tds and only 5 ints (opponent's total passer rating in those 9 games: 110.2!!! )

And on that note, I will be picking the Jets.

My thought wasn't necessarily about our D holding them to 17, moreso their offense holding themselves to 17.

We'll see, I guess.

If it goes to OT, go ahead and have the entire team cover Santonio Holmes. Then again, that might not even be enough.
It seems you hate half the league.

Re: Week 11: Texans @ Jets

Well, here is how this game will go down:
Jets storm off to a big lead and at halftime, the score is 20-3 Jets.
Opening drive in the second half, Texans storm down the field and score a touchdown, 20-10.
Jets first drive, they pick up a first down, but then are stuffed, punt and then the Texans go down the field and get a field goal, 20-13.
Next drive, Jets get a little something going, and get a field goal, 23-13.
Texans are forced a 3 and out, punt.
4th quarter now, Jets next drive, Sanchez is intercepted and the Texans capitalize, and score a touchdown. 23-20.
Jets start to chew up the clock, and go down and get another field goal, 26-20.
Texans go hurry up mode and are having success, go down the field and score a touchdown with 2:31 remaining. However, the extra point is blocked! 26-26 game
Jets get the ball and are driving down the field, but then Sanchez is picked off in Houston territory with 1:49 left, Texans ball on their 40 yard line.
Texans struggle, but get down to the 33 yard line and are ready to try a game winning 51 yard field goal as time expires. The kick is up and.....it hits the left upright, no good!
Overtime!
Texans get the ball, and are able to get a solid drive going, but face a 3rd and 2 at the Jets 36 yard line. Texans for some reason come out in an empty backfield, spread look and Schaub's pass falls incomplete. Instead of lining up for a long field goal try, Kubiak decides to punt, and they down the Jets at the 3 yard line.
First play for the Jets, a run by LT for 3 yards. Next play, they try a playaction and Sanchez is sacked at the 1. 3rd and 12 at the 1, the Jets call for a simple draw play. Tomlinson takes the handoff, cuts to the left where there is a huge hole, and cross the 5 yard line, makes Cushing miss, and cross the 10 yard line. He has the first down, but he's not done yet! He makes a move on the safety coming up, breaks the tackle and cross the 20. The CB tries to get him down, but LT bounces off and continues on, he's crossing the 30! The other safety has LT in his sights, but comes up limping, he pulled his hamstring and can't catch LT. LT is crossing midfield now and the other CB is trying to get him. LT stops on a dime, cuts and runs past the CB crossing the 40. past the 30, past the 20, at the 10, the 5, Touchdown Jets! 99 yard TD run by Tomlinson to win in OT!

I'm not sure but this is the 3rd or 4th game thread that he's said he hates one of the teams playing, lol.

Haha, yeah I dislike a lot of teams. Specifically GB, Pit and NYJ.
