Possible New Nike Uniforms For All NFL Teams?

Ehh, I can just as easily buy a burgundy jersey with a solid collar. I bitch because it's Nike being Nike and I am more upset Washington let them put the two color collar on the away jersey. I don't like it and I won't buy it, luckily for Washington they kept the burgundy look classic. So I will eventually buy that one.

This is the same place that has a 200+ page thread for nitpicking everything on a uniform from the color of the Shoestrings to the Mouthpieces.

So I'm not surprised there are folks who upset over something as minute as a collar. But then again that's society in general. We'll bitch over things that need to be changed and then when it's changed, we'll still bitch over it lol.

Matrix, I think you're overreacting man

No team's current uniforms will be historic like the Packers, Bears, etc because of the era we are in. Those teams are grandfathered in, but all other teams are going to be subject to changes that probably won't be good. For example:

Eagles: Change to darker, ugly shade of green and added black
Seahawks: Change to darker blue, uglier uniforms
Rams: Change to darker colors
Cardinals: Change to uglier uniforms and added black
Vikings: Change to a weirder shade of purple and ugly uniforms
Lions: Change to slightly darker blue, added black
Bucs: Change to darker colors, added black
Patriots: Change to darker shade of blue
Bills: Change to darker blue, awful uniforms
Broncos: change to darker shade of blue, ugly uniforms
Chargers: Change to darker shade of blue
Bengals: Change to uniforms with unnecessary panels
Jaguars: Change to weird striping
Titans: Change to darker shade of blue from Oilers, suspect uniforms
Texans: Ugly collar thing

All these teams will probably have more changes in the future whether we like it or not. At least the Bills fixed their mistake

Looking at the list, the NFC West at least could have been the best looking division in the NFL had they not changed, even if they can't be the most talented.

Can't argue with that. I definitely respect your opinion, just hope you wouldn't want to drop the Texans as your team over the jersey. That's all.

FWIW, I won't be buying one of these, either.

Yeah, true, but like I said, some will buy it, not all. Obviously many like you, Matrix and plenty of others who are NFL fans won't buy these new jerseys, myself included. I've never been a jersey-buyer, anyways.

It's not that these jersey's are bad imo, for Nike jerseys they aren't bad but not as good as their NCAA counterparts.

I think some people are just overreacting due to comparisons to old jerseys. I hated the Marlins new jerseys, but that was only because I loved the old ones. Time heals all things lol.
