The owner already stated VY will be back next year, no news on Fisher for next year but he dont want VY as his QB so somethings gotta give.

Right because what they say now means it's set in stone.. VY coming back or not, or Fisher coming back or not, is not a certainty.

If Young was 100% coming back next year, he'd be doing his work at their facility, instead of being sent home.

Isnt that a coaches decision and not an owners? Ofcourse Fisher is going to ball hard ball with VY. He doesnt want him as his QB to begin with.

You think they are going to ban their "franchise qb" from their facility without approval of upper management. That's not a coaches only decision. That's an organization decision.

After watching Chilly waive Moss without approval. Fisher banning VY without permission isnt unbelievable.

This is the policy for all players on IR for the Titans. Sure Fisher probably should have let him stay, VY could use some more studying/learning, but if it is true he is a 9 to 5 guy then it won't matter. Either Fisher or VY won't be there next year. I don't think they can both remain there.

Not even close to the same situation nor ownership group.
