Who in this thread acted like the Steelers were perfect? If you read this thread, or most other Steelers threads, you'll see nothing but criticism towards our line and offense and good old Bruce. I'm not buying anybody saying this game is a blowout. It's probably a FG game.
He was talking about people in Pittsburgh not people in this thread.

not bitter, but pissy we can never win the big game. That goes for most of the sports in philly, Phillies game me hope that its going to change, then the Flyers dashed it for me.

As far as the game goes i think they can pull it out. But they must cover holmes he's gonna look to have a great game against them. As far as Ironman goes he should be able to to pick apart the middle of the field .

I do believe i'm right when i look at that team. I'm not making anything up maybe some big IF's here and there you have to admit they've pulled some games out of their *** they shouldn't won or struggled with. I could do it with the eagles and have i love football and look at it from more than a fan perspective too. But yea I do like talking smack bout the steelers hey thanks for calling that out.
Wait, so you're allowed to annoy Steelers fans, but they're not allowed to annoy you? Something smells fishy here.

Anyways, back on topic. Both offenses have been struggling as of late so I expect the play of the defenses to be the difference of the game. I expect a close, low-scoring game since that seems to be the Steelers mode of winning for the most part this season. i.e. Don't let the other team put up points and put up just enough points to beat them.

Does losing this game kick Jets out of the playoffs, i don't think it does. but it seems like it opens the door for chargers or colts

I predict the Steelers will kick the crap out of NYJ and Sanchez will be riding the pine midway through the 3rd quarter.

Oh, how I love it when a team full of egos ends up looking bad. (except LT)

No, Jets would still have 9 wins and Chargers, Colts and Dolphins, even if they win in Week 15, would still only have 8 wins.

As far as this game is concerned, go Steelers. With a Jets loss + Patriots win, we can clinch the AFC East and a first round bye.
