It was reported on ESPN the other day by an SC anchor. If it's true, I'd fire Haley to keep Weis and give Weis more money to keep him there if that's what it would take, he's far more valuable.

I knew about Weis leaving. But details on a supposed rift between himself and Haley had escaped me.

ESPN has been known to misquote or sensationlize so if it turned out to not be true I wouldn't be surprised. Thing is, the move to Florida just seems so strange. It just feels like something had to happen in KC for him do it. Unless they're giving Weis so much money he just had to do it, which as an OC he's worth it.

Haley has always been hotheaded. When he was here in Dallas it was a weekly sideline issue.
