As far as Fish, he never had faith in Vince in the first place. No way this was ever going to work. I truly think the organization would have sent the wrong message in getting rid of the coach and keep the player. Think VY was head case before his release, he would felt as if he would have been untouchable if the coach had of gotten the boot.

Hopefully this humbles him and he gets his act together as someone mentioned if Vick can do it then VY should be able to if he is willing to put in the effort.

I think he ends up in San Francisco, Oakland but most likely Vikings
Oh god, I hope not....-_-

Re: Vince Young done as a titan.

So I've tried going down the list of potential suitors for Young and I can't think of many. There are the handful of teams who have Joe Nobody at QB or are in QB limbo - Bills, Dolphins, Vikings, Cardinals, Seahawks, 49ers, Redskins - but it seems Young wouldn't be a good fit in any of these organizations aside from a stop-gap. I think his days of starting play are done, especially with his long documented instances of immaturity and lack of work ethic.

He'll get another chance to start and prove himself. If he fails, then I'd say those days are over. As of now, he's still a starter IMO.

Wouldn't be against having him in Oakland as a backup.

I'm a big Webb homer so.....lol.

I was thinking about it some more and it probably wouldn't be a bad thing if Minnesota got him.

First off the players that are goin to be FA this year will have something else to think about and may be enough to keep them there.

Second as loaded as Minnesota is, he wouldn't have to do much as QB. If there came a time to pass I wouldn't mind him dropping back with Percy, Sidney and shancoe along with AD in the flat.

Third as bad as our Oline is (overrated extremely) he has the feet to evade the rush. Not to mention his overall record wasn't bad.

It all just comes down to if he can take things like a man or will act like a overgrown child.

Sent from me, duh.

Re: Vince Young done as a Titan.

VY needs to grow up and fast and Coach Fisher needs to keep emotions from impacting his team and organization. VY may be a head case but Coach Fisher followed him down the rabbit hole.

Coach should have drafted or brought in a free agent to compete with VY. Collins wasn't a short term or a long term solution for the Titans. Coach could have kept the "locker room" stuff in the locker room and lobby privately to move Young and try to get a 2nd or 3rd round pick for young. Now the Titans will get nadda for Young and the search for a starting qb is going to be difficult.

The major question is the Titans a better team without Young, no and not for the foreseeable future. So, now the Titans is stuck with a coach who made the playoffs 6 out of his 15 years. Fisher is lucky Adams is so patient the sad thing Fisher couldn't be patient with his young, immature qb.
