So far Logan Mankins(NE), David Harris(NYJ), Vincent Jackson(SD), Haloti Ngata(BAL), Michael Vick(PHI)*, and Peyton Manning(IND)* have all been given the franchise tag.

David Akers(PHI) received the transitional tag, and the Steelers are expected to tag Lamar Woodley soon.

I think that is everyone.

* denotes "exclusive" franchise tag.
