I'm sorry.

And if you want to be technical, then yes he has been a backup up to this point so you are right in that aspect. But normally, when someone calls a QB a career backup, it usually means that's all that QB will ever be and that's how I took it when I read that.

As for you second point, I never said you were.

I can believe that'll be his future, it's not far-fetched. But I'd like to see him have the full chance to go out there and show what he has over the course of a season first.

My thing is, I don't see his options the way a number of others appear to. There are a number of teams who could use a QB or at least some competition at that spot, but I don't believe he'd make those teams better, and on some of those teams he's just doomed to go and get slaughtered.

Haha, can't believe people are arguing definitions of request and ultimatums.

Dude has been a backup, but could start for close to 10 teams in the league. He's young and he wants an opportunity to prove it. I have no problem with that as long as he lets it play out and do his job while he's still an Eagle.

That chart, along with the summary at the bottom of the page, says that he started 5 games this year and 2 games last year. It has been a few years since I've taken a math class but I believe that 2 + 5 = 7, which would be the total number of games that he has started since 2007(the year he was drafted).
Wow. That's not annoying. I said "I" NEED TO TAKE A SECOND LOOK. But thanks for showing me you can add.... smh.

Lmao you know that "I need a second look" wasn't what you had the first time. I started writing that before you edited your post but it kept your edit when I posted.

If you move a #1 overall for a backup, that's TONS of pressure
