Quota in Maryland is way to much. And this is coming from a hunter. I think it's something like 21 doe and 3 bucks can be killed in 1 season by 1 person.

Not really. We have a FEW which are more likely previously attempts at domestication. I've lived in the South for the majority of my life and I've never seen one outside of a fence.
