Re: NFL Stadium Rankings

I have mixed feelings of Invesco on the 1 trip I made to the stadium. Its middle of the road for me, I liked it but didn't love it like I was expecting to going in (like I do with Coors).

Re: NFL Stadium Rankings

I've never been to Qwest for a Seahawk game, but have for High School games. I never thought much of it. Not like I do Safeco at least. Maybe I'm just not getting the proper NFL experience.

Re: NFL Stadium Rankings

Heck I just hope the Falcons get an open air stadium like the article says. No retractable roof please. I want to see them play in all types of weather.

  1. Reliant wasn't "half full". In nine seasons the Texans have never had an unsold ticket.
  2. Noise is to some degree a function of scheduling. Remember that the Texans almost always play at noon on Sundays. That means that the average Houston fan doesn't have as much time to get liquored up as say, Joe Packers fan (because GB plays a lot more nationally televised late afternoon and primetime games).

I've been to both Seahawks & high school games. You have to be there for a Seahawks game. It makes the experience much better, especially when you're wearing the opposing team's gear like me.

Just because all of the tickets were sold, doesn't mean the stadium was full. The Panthers "sold out" every game last year too. This is why the NFL instituted blackouts.. to make sure that every ticket is sold, or the hometown can't watch the game on TV. They couldn't care less if people actually show up to the games
