I can't think of any wealthy enough person or group of 24 or fewer wealthy enough people that have indicated an interest in owning an NFL team in Toronto.
The talk is that one of Uncle Ted's kids will have their name as owner but really it's run by the corporation. There's also been talk in recent years that Larry Tannenbaum would be involved in such an ownership.

Toronto could easily support a NFL team (huge population and most of the corporations are located here) but there's no stadium. Finding ways to put more seats inside the Skydome is like putting lipstick on a pig. Even with all the renovations the past couple of years, the place is still a dump).

If the NFL ever came to Toronto, it would be a huge blow to the CFL though.

Canadians have an entire league of their own, they don't need an NFL team.

The Vikings are always Minnesota, Raiders are always Oakland/Los Angeles, Jaguars are always Jacksonville, and so on and so forth.
Fixed it for ya

I would be open to having an NFL team in Toronto. I can't stand it when the Super Bowl champions are referred to as World Champions. Having a team outside of the US would justify that moniker.

The SB shouldnt, nor do i thing will, leave the US. The event boosts the economy of the host city(unless it rains evryday, sorry dallas) plus it is a purly american sport. Although it is spreading in popularity, they wouldnt put a SB in canada if one team was there. Now if it ended up that 4 or 5 teams were there that would be different, but i still would want to keep it in the states

They could at least have the SB champs play the top team from the CFL

I don't think a Super Bowl there will ever happen. And if it does that is a complete joke in my opinion. Sorry Canada. Just don't think Super Bowl should ever leave US. Nothing gets better than the huge American flag stretched over the field and the National Anthem playing with a fly over. I don't want to see a huge Canadian flag and a National Anthem I don't know being sung. No offense to Canada but just mover want to see Super Bowl leave the US.
