Re: Most overrated player in the NFL?

Mark Sanchez is over hyped due to playing in LA in college and now in NY in the pros. Plus he benefits from a good defense.

The only reason I point this out is because Walter Payton had more fumbles in three years then Peterson did and he's considered one of the best players, not just running backs, of all-time.

How could anybody think Vick is over-rated? Dude was good in Atlanta and had decent receivers to throw to. Now that he has better receivers to throw to and has become more of a pocket passer but can still do it with his legs I would say he's only gotten better so only a fool would consider Vick to be over-rated

Vick wasnt that good in ATL. His completion percentage was around 50% the time he spent there. Might be a better passer now that he has more weapons than he had in ATL.

Only reason it was around 50% because Atlanta would run the ball and Atlanta o-line wasn't that great so Vick would take off every chance he gets witch got Atlanta to the conference championship vs Philly in 04 I think

How does Atlanta running the ball a lot affect Vick's completion percentage?
