Yeah, up-and-coming doesn't work for them now that I think about it. More like "Change it now or they're going to start sucking even more."

I think the Rams also fit in any sense when talking about SJax since he's been with them so long when they were definitely considered bad.

The Rams are a bad team. They haven't made the playoffs in years, however they could be about to become a good team
