"With the first pick in the 2012 NFL Draft the Washington Redskins select Andrew Luck quarterback Stanford."

They will be bad enough to get him or Matt Barkley at QB.

The Bears draft in the top 5 in 2012. (I realize the title says 2011, lol)

The really bold part? The Bears pick up a decent player with that pick.

Re: Bold predictions thread 2011.

I really don't want to buy into the "Kings of Free agency" hype, but at this point with the types of coaching staffs, and rosters they've developed it's hard for me not to see the Patriots, and Eagles just running through the league this year I think both will go on 13-3, 14-2 type seasons. Locking up homefield early on... However they still might get ousted in the playoffs.

In regards to the Saints I do think they can be a dangerous team but I'm still concerned about their Run Defense, I know they added Rogers at DT but he's had motivation issues in the past once the regular season grind gets underway how much effort will he put forward? and outside of Vilma I think their Linebackers look shaky... which is not good with the really good rushing Offenses in their Division.. Atlanta with their run game, and Tampa with Blount who's establishing himself as a real workhorse back.

People are underrating the Packers a bit, but that's because of the typical belief that teams go through a Super Bowl hangover... etc.. and drop off a bit the following year. Don't count me in though.. I still have them winning the Division and being a very strong team.

It's funny I was about to point out the same flaws with my Saints. I will also add we only signed one of our 3 free agent OLineman. Carolina will have Williams and Stewart back this year. Plus our DE's are a question mark. We resigned Harper who can tackle but can't cover to save his soul. To top it off I think losing Bush will be more damaging to our offense than we realize.
