i did like these nike jerseys though

i wouldnt mind seeing an nfl team with their alt jersey similar to this

Bottom line, any design changes to the actual look of the jersey would require approval by the individual teams. No team is going to have their jerseys or logos redesigned w/o their approval. When a team unveils a new jersey, that design came at an organizational level.
