Looking at overall there is a huge gap between 9) Jason Campbell and 10) Rex Grossman

Re: Total QBR: Brees vs. Rodgers

Just looking at the ones for this week I feel like QBs that don't have to do much in the 4th quarter, etc are being penalized

I don't think that's the case. Do you have an example in the week 2 rankings?

Just glancing through, I see Big Ben in a rout is in the top 10, he didn't have to do much.

Matthew Stafford primarily. Case also be made for Aaron Rodgers and Brees as well I suppose. I guess this all comes down to personal opinion, etc and being nitpicky but I feel once again Brady had the best performance and Sanchez didn't outperform the 1st 3 guys I mentioned.

Maybe not penalized, but it definetly helps other QBs more

Rodgers threw an 80 yd TD to Nelson with 2 minutes left in the game. He was still being productive in the 4th qtr.

Indeed, but then it comes down to that TD sealed the game basically and he's still pretty low on their rankings. It's all confusing and hey if it all evens out to make sense at the end of the year you guys can say I told you so.

Sanchez didn't have to do much in the 4th either if I recall correctly.

Stafford is still #5 in the league after two weeks in which he hasn't had to do anything in the 2nd half of either game really. And Fitz was rated higher in week 1 when it was a complete blow out than he was in yesterday's come form behind victory.
