Tony Romo played with a punctured lung, status is uncertain for next week.

Add Austin, Dez Bryant and Felix Jones to the list. Witten was hurt too but says he'll play through it.

What happened to all that talk from T.O. and Rosenhaus about him being ready to play in September, despite it being all but physiologically impossible?

A bit OT from your post but I think heading out of the country for treatment is creating a slippery slope.

Very true. There's already a fair amount of shenanigans going on right now on the low that the NFL is struggling to stay ahead of. Now you've got TO and Peyton Manning heading out of the country for experimental treatments that are banned in the U.S.

Now the stem cell treatments I'm guessing are perfectly legit in the spirit of neither man seeking a competitive advantage, but I can see a lawyer or player rep citing this as a precedent if someone ever comes up for blood doping of something crazy like that. I know Goddell's office is probably firing memo's back and forth about this as we speak

Re: Official NFL Injury Thread

Jonathan Scott, tackle for the Steelers got taken off on the truck in the 4th quarter tonight and apparently Doug Legursky dislocated his shoulder. Marcus Gilbert injured his shoulder as well but he came back in after Scott got hurt. So both of them will probably miss quite a bit of time. The Steelers only have 7 offensive linemen on their roster without them and two of them are guys that they signed after Willie Colon went down and are completely unproven.
