Phillips as a HC = Not too good

It was a dumb conclusion to reach considering Phillips LONG track record of success.

I could have just as easily written that opinion that concluded with something like;

"Phillips' track record with implementing strong defenses, along with free agent acquisitions, the return of DeMeco Ryans, and defensive-heavy draft bodes well for a Texans team looking to shore up a defense that was in disarray last year. The Texans only need to become a middle-of-the-road defense in order to make the playoffs soundly, an improvement that is not only possible, but likely under Phillips' control."
