The Vikings would have won this game if Leslie Fraiser didn't allow Adrian Peterson to make his coaching decisions. Best part is after AP convinced him not to take the 3 points, he didn't even give him the ball!! He called some trap play to Gerhart with a bunch of moving parts. Fraiser has been badly outcoached in the second halves of games. Having the corpse of McNabb doesn't help either. He clearly doesn't have it any more.

So how long before Vikings fans start calling for the firing of Frasier?

Took that play right out of the Packers playbook. Except John Kuhn usually converts it.

That, to me, was what cost Minnesota the game. Obviously there were other plays to be made that would've swung it one way or the other, but that play was the biggest, imo. You have the best running back in the league. Don't overthink it, give him the ball and let him get you that yard.

Can you imagine Peterson's reaction in the huddle when the play call came in? I think that's about the last thing that was in his mind when he waved the field goal kicker back off the field.

How are Vikings fans feeling about Percy Harvin all of a sudden being sick during the end of the game? Boy, would some like, say Jay Cutler ever be crucified if he was over on the sidelines with a towel on his head during the key moments of a close game. Perhaps Fox will fabricate some headlines about that next week.

There was a 3rd and 1 at another point in the game where Frazier opted to pass instead of give the ball to Peterson. He makes some odd choices sometimes, and it seems as though they don't make adjustments for the second half so far.
